Non-aggressive Martial Arts Fitness.
We Train on a 14-belt ranking system. Our Martial Arts Fitness program offers a strong foundation in learning the fundamental Martial Art techniques and improve Fitness skills. The students will learn combination of Martial Arts and Fitness, which make them stronger physically, as well as mentally and boost their self-esteem.
Our Martial Arts Fitness program is based on the concept of non-violence, respect and courtesy for others, loyalty to one’s family and friends, as well as building the tolerance of those who have differing ideologies. Overall, we teach our students how to stand up for themselves in a non-belligerent way, if needed.
