Non-aggressive Martial Arts Fitness (Wrestling, Judo, Kickboxing Karate, and Self-defense) for Kids and Teens.
We have 20 kinds of Non-aggressive self defence and lots of street defence styles. We Train on a 14-belt ranking system. Our Martial Arts program offers a strong foundation in learning the fundamental Martial Art techniques. The students will learn combination of Mixed Martial Arts styles practicing of which make them stronger physically and boost their self-esteem too.
Our Martial Arts program is based on the concept of non-violence, respect and courtesy for others, loyalty to one’s family, friends and country, and the tolerance of those who have differing ideologies. But we teach our students how to stand up for themselves in non-belligerent way, if needed.
The program is designed to improve students’ flexibility, concentration and general fitness. Learning Martial Arts should be fun!
