Our style is different from Karate or Taekwondo in many ways. The ultimate purpose of our program is not to make kids compete in tournaments or with each other, but rather our goal is to create a fun environment teaching our students healthy life skills through training and positive emotions.
Our academy offers exciting classes for ages ranging 5-12 years old working towards building character, a strong body and improving mental health through fun exercises and fitness games with elements of Martial Arts and self-defense.
We are providing our community with the best combination of Fitness and Martial Arts training focusing on skill development techniques, which improve self-confidence, self-discipline, mental strength. Our students practice Martial Art drills and techniques that are contact-free, thus using dummies.
The benefits from our program are significant as we work on fitness as well as mental health. Our classes are designed to help kids improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight. We also support mental and emotional well being and reduce symptoms of anxiety, as well as depression through Martial Arts fitness and physical activity.
